Across 30+ years, Ravi has worked in television news, journalism education and media training—bringing newsroom discipline, human-interest reporting and practical teaching into the same conversation.

A former television journalist and producer of news and current-affairs programmes, he now trains media professionals and postgraduate students. His work is grounded in the belief that clear, responsible communication begins with attention to people and the stories that affect them.

Ravi has led workshops for media professionals in India and across the Asia-Pacific, including Indian Information Service officers at the Film & Television Institute of India, professionals at Myanmar’s MRTV 4, FBC in Fiji and the Maldives Broadcasting Corporation.
